Access Information in Several Ways
Accessing files is easy. Searches can be conducted in the traditional fashion (by File or Transmission) and also by information in the documents themselves (by Member Name, Member ID, NPI, etc.), which allows anyone to find the information they’re looking for, without being an EDI expert.
Files are retrieved quickly and can be viewed, restored, sent to production, or you can perform several actions right from the Archive and Retrieval portal. You can even see the related transaction validation reports for any file.
